Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 June 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Bank To Ledger ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Bank To Ledger is a web-based tool that converts bank statement PDF files into structured formats including Excel (XLSX), Tally XML, QuickBooks CSV, Xero CSV, and OFX. The Service is intended for use by accounting professionals.
3. Accounts, Subscriptions and Credits
Creating an account is free and includes 5 complimentary credits — no payment card required. Paid subscriptions are available on three monthly plans: Starter ($30/month, 100 credits), Professional ($50/month, 300 credits), and Enterprise ($100/month, 800 credits). Credits are consumed at 1 credit per page of bank statement converted. Monthly plan credits reset on each renewal date and do not roll over; there are no overage charges. Active subscribers may purchase one-time top-up packs (+200 credits for $40, or +500 credits for $80); top-up credits expire at the next renewal date. Credits are non-refundable once used. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the cycle you have already paid for.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not upload files that you do not have the legal right to process. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the Service.
5. Data and Privacy
Uploaded PDF files and extracted financial data are processed entirely in isolated server memory. No financial data is written to disk or retained beyond 1 hour after processing. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Accuracy and Liability
While Bank To Ledger strives for high accuracy, the output should be verified before use in formal accounts or filings. We are not liable for errors resulting from poorly formatted, scanned, or password-protected PDFs, or for decisions made based on the converted output.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
9. Contact
