Accuracy of Converted Output

Bank To Ledger uses automated extraction AI technology to parse bank statement PDFs. While we strive for high accuracy, the quality of conversion depends on the structure, format, and readability of the source PDF. Scanned images, handwritten notes, password-protected files, or non-standard bank layouts may result in incomplete or inaccurate extractions.

All converted output — including Excel files, Tally XML, QuickBooks CSV, Xero CSV, and OFX — should be independently reviewed and verified by a qualified accounting professional before use in any formal financial record, audit, tax filing, or regulatory submission.
